It is true that physical activities are vital to the human-beings , especially older ones. Although a number of elders are recognised as unfit. There are a host of reasons behind this, which can be addressed to give a suitable solution. In this expository paragraph, my essay will shed some light on the reasons and solutions of those problems with lucid examples.
There are a host of compelling reasons why older people are not engaging in any kind of physical exercises. Firstly as they grow older, they lean towards much easier reactive activities like watching television and playing with the children and find it difficult to do proactive ones. Secondly, older citizens think that now they are being old, which makes them inactive and fragile, and the exercise things are strenuous and effort-cost, which are the pure misconceptions of their mindsets.
After considering all the above insights, the necessary resolution is that the government and city generals could take actions by making a club, where the elderly can do low-intensive exercises like walking and jogging and they can make new friends which would propel them to do exercise daily. On the other hand, they can educate them about broad-based benefits like how much the 15-20 minutes exercise can keep them away from non-communicable diseases like cardiovascular and liver disease then they will do it by their own interest.
To conclude, the problems might be difficult to address, but there are many possible solutions. Coordination between government and city official to go for clubs and different workshops would be helpful in many ways.
