Managing people

There are more than 4 billion humans in the world! Then it means there are 4 billon different types of personalities that these people have. So for this I call managing people an art. When we say that Mr. X is a good manager, then we are referring to the point that he can manage these contrasting personalities in a better way. It is not only about managing it is also about getting the best out of them. That is what makes someone a good leader. Although there is no fix rule of making this happen or acquiring this trait but few things are very common in all the good managers one is technical knowhow 2nd is patience and other is good listening, and lastly they are as cool as cucumber under all circumstances.
