All girls schools have been gaining popularity in recent years because of the believe that girls learn better when they are not competing with or intimidated by boys,who statistically get more attention in the classroom.I believe when opposite sexes study together they are not able to fully focus their studies.Moreover both feel comfortable in separate school systems.Girls feel more safe among their gender rather than opposite.Girls are more shy therefore they can not ask all kind of questions to their teachers in the presence of boys so they can not learn much.

I have a totally opposite point of view being a girl myself. I have always been co-education schools except for a year in an all girls school, and it isn’t that girls learn less because they are shy but they turn out to be more confident and are able to ask any question despite of the gender barriers.Talking of not concentrating on studies, I have seen for myself that being in a same gender school creates a dilemma in which the opposite is imagined as a mysterious creature, increasing sexual frustration in young teenagers. It is also proved by research that gender based education, is senseless.
