Freedom is defined according to different aspects as well as different cultures and is varies from culture to culture. It is also defined as the ability to do what a person wants to do without affecting the rights of other individuals. We should respect other’s opinion as well in order to enjoy our freedom. Freedom is of many kinds like personal freedom, social freedom and mental freedom etc.
In personal freedom, every person has a right to choose to whom they want to be, where to live, what to wear and what to eat, what should be the field of education and career etc. Every person is born to free. Most of the people are not satisfied from their life it is only due to lack of freedom. For example: mostly parents decide what their children choose for their education and career. This act will lead towards failure and lack of self-confidence. Parents destroy their children’s life by doing this. Parents should respect children’s opinion but monitored their behavior as well. Parents should teach their children and let them know what is right or what is wrong. In our country, mostly women suffer from this problem. We should give personal freedom to women as well in order to become successful. We should treat men and women equally.
Lack of personal freedom is harmful for our society. If one should not be given freedom then he/she will not do well in his/her life. But one should kept in mind that freedom without limits will also destroyed his/her career as well as life.
