State colleges be free to attend for in-state residents? Its a very debatable topic.People have mixed views on this topic. In my point of view its big yes for. State colleges be free to attend for in-state residents.The reason I am saying that Education is the most important and basic right of every single person and this should be free for everyone who deserve it.A person learn how to behave from good education. And in return the person work for the good economy of his country.In our country most of the population are from working class.If the education is not free.This will be a big issue for them because not every single family or person can afford the expenses of the education. So they will not able to learn, study and become a good education citizen of the country.For some people State colleges should not be free because college has its own needs to be fulfilled and for those needs college needs money. So there should be some amount students should pay back to college.College already is giving a great amount of grants to other students in the form of scholarship. If college will be free that’s creates an extra pressure on tax payers as well.People think education should be free but for that there should be process who test the candidate to make sure he really needs it. Because if not then every person who wants to learn or not aimless person will attend the college and waste the rare funds of the college which will cause college a real damage.There should be a test system or merit on that only those students who really deserve should get education free.
