Athletes are most important persons of any college because athletes should represent college at outside as well as inside in sports activities.so it should be necessary for any university or college that they make sure this point that their athletes should keep their sports.There are multiple reasons in this aspect for example when college or university will pay their athlete in form of 50% or 100% fee concession as well as canteen discount vouchers this may help them to maintain their motivation. another reason is that most of students does not have enough pocket money to keep their sports activities on so by help of university or college is many for athletes.By paying to their athletes it is great attraction for other students that they may also join any kind of sports at college or university level.similarly another reason is that when someone athlete getting fee or other concession from college/university by his sports activity then there is a lot of pressure on athletes to perform well.
so in conclusion in light of all above reasons it is my assertion that college/university athletes should must be paid for playing.
