It is my contention that rewarding someone on their achievements is the best way of appreciating them and motivating them to go higher and achieve more in life.Rewarding is not limited to monetary rewards.With monetary reward students will become greedy and selfish.Rewards must be in the form of medals, certificates and scholarships as it have more worth.If students will get paid for having good grades, their purpose of study will become to earn money rather than to achieve good academic excellence.It is better to reward students with scholarships on having good marks which will evoke the desire of working hard and achieving more in them.
