in any accident not only one driver’s life in danger but also the other driver who could be drive other car on road or walking on road would be also in danger.so driving is very sensitive issue and twenty-one year age will be good for the purpose of mental maturity.because when rules and regulations of driving will be strictly implement on roads then the rate of accidents will be minimized automatically.as a result of research which was held by youth council of university told us that from 2002 to 2005 80% accidents occurred by under age drivers.so all in all driving age should be twenty-one or more then twenty-one will be fine
