Poverty is a state where people lack financial resources to complete their social and basic needs.It urges the poor to fulfill their needs by adopting unfair means.Crime rate is increasing day by day.It is more in developing countries as compare to developed counties. Beacuse of increased crime rate in developing countries, some people believe poverty as its main cause.I agree to this idea.
