nowadays,many family have both parents working and therefore childern spend less time with their parents . what is the reason of this and what problem it will cause

nowadays,both parents works to earn more money for their children and gave them good life ,but they don’t know that they are missing good time with their children which will cause their children many problems such that they will find someone else to talk and less cooperation with their parents
