The line graph illustrates the percentage of four different waste items namely glass containers, aluminium cans, plastics, paper and cardboards, which was recycled in unknown country in the year 1982 to the year 2010.
Overall, it is evident from the graph that the item which recycled more is, paper and cardboard. In contrast to, aluminium cans and plastics occupies the lower part of the graph which is lowest recycled items among the four, illustrated. Moreover, glass containers remains in middle of the chart throughout the given study period.
Looking more closely to the graph chart, it is clear that recycling of all products show peak and trough. Recycling of Paper and cardboard were at peak in 1992 by 80 percent. However, its recycling reduce gradually by each year UPTO 70 percent in the year 2010. More so, recycling of glass containers decline to 40 percent in the year 1988 and then rising again by each year to 60 percent by the end of the study duration.
Among these Four waste items, aluminium cans start to recycled by year 1984 from just over zero percent and raised gradually over 40 percent by the year 2010. Also, plastic recycling initiated by the year 1990 from almost zero percent which rises gradually to less than ten percent by the end of survey period.
