I am pleased to inform you that I am an alumni of Lahore Grammar School, situated at Johar Town, Lahore. I had completed my primary studies here back in 1990. Nowadays, my son is also studying in the same school, in order to continue our tradition. During my last visit to school, I was shocked to see the current condition of building and play area for students and kindergartens. It needs an early renovation and expansion.
This school has legacy of producing great people and noble laureates. It has developed many scientist, engineers, doctors, and sportsman. In addition to that it served this nation well by inculcating values and diciplines in students. For instance, famous scientist Dr. Qadeer, and Surgeon Dr. Amir Aziz graduated from here. Despite the fact that it is charging high fee from students, it is not giving standard facilities. I am very disappointed to see miserable condition of boys section’s building. This will not only impact institution brand name, but it will fail to attract top talent from country.
The best time for this renovation would be summers break. You will have sufficient time to plan your work and resources well in advanced. I would also ready to assist you to raise donation form alumni association.
