Yes! I guess they should be paid for playing because they do work hard for it. They play a fundamental role in making the college notorious for athletics.They spend most of their time in doing these activities after homework.As a result they don’t have enough time for jobs,in this regard they should be paid for playing.It may also depends on the college economy but in this case college authority should pay not more but some to the students.They should encourage the students by organizing the events for them.
