Boss is a person, either man or woman, who is in charge of an organization, a political party, a school, a private business etc. A boss is a person who has authority to give orders and the persons working under him, are obliged to obey his order.
Boss should be a good, kind and humble person because he is the role model for his workers. The attitude of a boss should be polite. He should not talk to his workers in harsh tone. He must take care of self-respect of others. If he does not care for dignity of his workers, they would also not respect him.

In addition, boss should be compromising to some extent. He should also consider suggestions of his workers. He should give importance to his workers’ opinions because it is very important for making a friendly environment as friendly it is necessary to develop an organization successfully.
Another important quality which a successful boss should possess is that he should not abuse his workers when he is angry. He should tell his worker about his mistake in soft words.
A boss should be keen observer so any of his employees could not deceive him. He must be an active person and he must supervise each and every matter efficiently.
So, good and successful boss should be kind, polite, friendly, helping and an active person because it is necessary for progress and fame of an organization under his supervision.
