Law and order for every country is for the benefit and prosperity of the state. All the clauses of every constitution are written in the light of prosperity and progression of the state thus these laws are for public’s best interests. Whereas sometimes these laws and principles does not imply due to failure of government, public raise its voice. Like the population of Blacks in America raised their voice but even their leader Martin Luther King demanding human rights always pleaded his followers for a vacuous-less and riot less protests, for he said that the answer of violence is not violence. Ever great leader respects the government’s integrity because if there is a termination of laws and orders, it can lead to a very catastrophic situation. As the fall of President Qadaffi of Libya, the government collapsed and so the country, many activists and political bodies tried and even now try to appease the situation, but no such apposite results have been seen till now. Libya is suffering from a disconsolate crisis due to no enforcement of Law and order.
Whereas there are situation where laws and orders are implemented and still not, i.e. no proper implication is practiced. There are special criminal defence laboratories for rape case tests procedure and a strict prosecution law in United States for this street crime but there are always more than thousands of such cases resting in police offices and not proceeded for justice. In Seattle the most progressive city of United States above 1600 rape kits were collected from the police station in which only percent were sent to the crime lab for testing, whereas Detroit found above 11000 rape kits in the police storage. It is such a sorrowful sight and at this moment if the public doesn’t stand up under one leader then when it would be. So it can never be admonished that for public welfare, people has to stand up themselves and play their part of the role for the amelioration of their country.
So a moderation and amalgamation of both aspects must be present in ruling a state. the great Jalaluddin Akbar, the mughal emperor is still known for his valor, principle and deference towards public opinion. T
he name “Democratic State” is promoted and influential today because it really means ‘by the people, for the people, to the people’. So, it is evident that the laws and principles are set for a country under the umbrella of democracy but still in ambivalent situation the common men must be respected and considered.
