some people confess that the urbanization is to be a (Modern Disease) while others think to be a bad thing

Urbanization is the process by which the people are living in rural areas to place or move towards the urban areas in order to find better life.since last 3decades people have been migrating or shifting into the cities to acquire the facility in education or health care for themselves. some people think to be a bad thing even some regard to be a Modern Disease before starting into a summation i would like to see the both aspects.people who come from the urban areas are desperate or hopeless to find a jobthat has been therefore,some professional failed to get diplomacy as they deserve.i would like to talk about my own city many multinational companies have been establishing their offices to promoting the industry services
