Criminals are those who does not follow the government’s rules and regulations and violate the laws. I think prison is the best place to handle criminals because prison can provide them facilities like they can get education and can play sports sometimes to improve theirselves and also feeded well in the prison. Thus, prison is best place to handle criminals.
