The main objective of a business is to make more and more profit. Employees play most important role in success of a business organization. So, a company must be careful in appointing workers. Some people believe that a business should hire employees for entire life while others think that new workers must be appointed time to time.
According to my opinion, business organizations should not hire workers for whole life because of following reasons.
Firstly, workers are like backbone of a business. If companies heir workers for entire life, they would not work efficiently, because they do not have fear of losing job. Therefore, they would become lazy in performing their duties. In addition, they would not try to improve their work because of the thinking of secure job for their whole life. So, how a business can stand with an inefficient backbone?
Just like human backbone needs fresh blood to work appropriately, business also requires new employees for its efficiency. New workers definitely bring new and innovative ideas for company.
Secondly, workers would definitely perform their duties properly if they have a fear of being replaced by new workers. They would try to put maximum effort to run an organization.
But this is not always the case, sometimes people cannot perform well because of fear of losing job at any time. The best solution for this problem is that a business organization should offer job security atleast for one year and at the same time company should also made an agreement that the organization have the authority to terminate its worker if he does not show good performance during his first year. In this way workers would try to work hard for making profit for business. He will feel secure for one year and at the same time he would have the fear of losing job due to poor performance.
In conclusion, business should not hire employees for whole life because in this case workers would not do work hard because they do not have any fear of losing job.
