Each year increasing number of students is deciding to move to a different country for higher education. Do you think the benefit of this outweigh the problem

To pursue the dream of acquiring incomparable education and to equip one’s self with matchless skills many students are moving abroad for higher education. The increasing number of students going abroad shows that either quality of education is been compromised, lack of facilities or limited opportunities are available for higher education in the country. There are many advantages of having foreign qualified professionals in the country, but are only capitulate when government is well prepared to accommodate those students at a position from where they can bring change. Sending students abroad and not gaining benefits from their education or learning experience is ineffective and worthless.
Students securing admissions in foreign universities are likely to be intelligent and brilliant minds. Mostly the students that go abroad, after completing their degree either they settle in the same country or somewhere else. There are rare chances of foreign qualified student to come back and serve the country .On the other hand , if students come back to their homeland , they find it really difficult to work in the system as there is huge gap between their learning and application channels available in the home land.
As it said “youth is the back bone of any country “, it is very important for the government to focus on accommodating those foreign qualified students. They are real asset of the nation that can bring the country toward progression and development. It is significant to endorse those students by accumulating them in the main stream of the country, at such positions from where their knowledge can be fully utilized and optimized. It will assist them to bring obligatory changes in the education sector and working structures. There talent must be used to bring evolution and growth in all disciplines to make country in the list of progressive economy with competitive equipped education system.
In my opinion, the only way a country can outweigh the existing problems of comprised education system or lack of facilities is to fully utilize the potential of those brilliant minds that have graduated from foreign universities.
