In order to understand what a Government is actually, one have to start with its definition.
Government is a group of people who have the rights to run a state. In other words the selected people by the community of any state with the help of election that’s runs their state and maintain the issues if the state is called Government.
The structure of the government which operates a state consisting of the Prime Minster, and his cabinet. The cabinet of the PM includes the decision making body for the governmental and administrative matters containing the ministers etc. Then the Government made a parliament which made a cabinet, the cabinet shapes the direction of government.
Minister:
the Government contains Ministers. Minister is the one who selected or appointed as a head of government department by the PM of the state. There are two types of the minister in a state , the one is national minister and the other is provincial minister. The national minister are answerable to the PM of a state while the provincial ministers are answerable to the CM of the states.
There are various types of the ministers in a state includes a list of followings :
Prime Minister
Chief Minister
Agriculture Minister
Finance Minister
International Development Minister
Foreign Minister
Interior Minister
Defense Minister
Education Minister
and many more ministers depends upon the PM and the state’s law. Some time the a single minister holds more than a ministries.
A permanent secretary is the most senior official in a ministry. The permanent secretary directs and monitors the operation of the ministry. A state secretary is also appointed sometimes to the PM’s office and his/her work is linked to the PM. The area for which each ministry is responsible is specified by the government rules of procedure.
Prime Minister:
The Prime Minister is head of the government. He is the only one who is ultimately responsible for all policy and decisions. He oversee the operation of the civil services and government agencies, appoint members of the government and is the principal government figure in the house of Parliament.
Parliament:
the parliament of a state consist of the members who have been elected through election by local community, which contains the members of both the rural, and opposition party, and from the other parties too ; whose members have successfully won the elections.
The Parliament of a country has two types including national assembly and the provincial assembly.
The members of the national assembly include those who have successfully won the national assembly election while the provincial assembly includes the members who have won the election of provincial assembly. There are many sessions of the parliament in a month and various issues are discussed on the floor of parliaments.
The Cabinet:
The cabinet is made up of the senior members of government. Every week during Parliament , members of the cabinet who are secretaries of state from all departments and some other ministers meet to discuss the most issues for the government to make solve these issues and report to the Pm of the state.
