Governments should spend less money on restoring old buildings and more money for new housing and roads development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, governments is spending more money on developing new houses and roads. They spend less money on restoring old building ,and I agree that governments should invest more money in constructing new houses and roads. Investing money in new houses ,and roads will be beneficial for the population.

In conclusion, if governments should spend more money in constructing new houses they will earn more profit. However, investing money in old buildings will be of no use and they will be on great loss.
