Employers are those individuals who serve an organization and inreturn get some reward. Some employers usually prefer to hire inexperienced employees at low salary. I think, a company should prefer to hire experienced employee with a good salary package. There are some reasons that will support my opinion.
Firstly, experienced employees are easy to handle and they have the perfection, company can take more work from them because they know how to manage it. In today’s competitive business, every company wants perfection in their work without mistakes.
Secondly, if a company hired an inexperienced employee then they have to pay alot for their training in order to teach them the tasks. Due to this cost and effort effect on training, their is no advantage for the company to hire on low salary. The company have to even pay double to train the employee.
Thirdly, in this compititve world employers usually faced many critical conditions and tensions. They need those employees who know how to manage work in the critical situations and be loyal with the company in critical situations. Mostly experienced people have these qualities that they can work in critical situations aswell without affecting their work and also be their to support their employers to cope with the situation.
For example, i share an experience of one my family member. My uncle is a business man. Once he was so ill that hewas hospitalized for a month. Due to his well experienced and hardworking employee he wasn’t be worried from their business matters as he know the experienced hardworking employees will do very good.
So, I conclude that experienced employees with high salary is better option and a company should hire these individuals as it will save the cost and efforts of training to inexperienced individuals. The high salary will also give an incentive to the experienced employees to work hard and do it with loyalty.
