It has been asserted that higher job pays could make the country better while there are others that consider it bad and urge the government to implement policies in order to regulate the monthly income of their citizens. I, however, agree with the former statement, and opine that high earnings would motivate the nationals to achieve high paid jobs which would aid the country to prosper more.
To commence with, the government must provide high paid jobs for some deserving professionals. This is because to attract more talented and hard-working graduates for these posts. To cite an example, civil services officer earn more than a million rupees per annum, but to achieve this position, one must sit in a competitive exam which has a limited number of seats, for instance, the ratio of 1000 to 01. So the best professionals enter in the departments and help the state to excel.
Another reason to support my opinion;
The administration, for instance, compels policy to regulate pay, the country may suffer major brain drain, because a huge number of skilled labour would prefer to work in another country to get the desired salary.
On the other hand, people think that the state must limit income per annum. This is because to prevent nationals divide into different categories of people. Let’s take an example, the wide gap between the salaries may create class inequalities such as elite class, middle class and poor. Therefore, it could render one class superior while another into inferiority complex which would ultimately weaken the society.
To conclude, I reiterate, and as I opine that state is responsible to mandate strategies to make a rise in the salaries per annum in order to prevent major brain drain and motivate nationals to get these posts, which would lead to an improvement in the quality of work and build economy due to low corruption rate.
