Behaviours play an important role in any individual’s life. In some countries children are often forced to follow strict rules, on the other hand some people believe on letting the children be as free birds. Both the stated approaches have their own advantages and disadvantages.
It is commonly believed, that there should be strict set of rules for children as it will highly enhance them to be more productive, disciplined and mannered. As with strict rules many individuals tend to be more focused and determined. Apart from their personality traits, children who are brought up in strict culture are less exposed to outer world thus their minds cannot be persuaded in wrong directions.
A recent study has shown that the people who are brought up under firm behavioural rules are likely to excel more in their personal and professional life.
On the contrary, some people believe in letting the children be their own decision makers. Giving them the space to make their own choices. Individuals belonging to this school of thought are likely to be more creative and decisive. As them are them self responsible for their decisions and in turn they face many experiences, which in result help them to learn more. Such people are more likely to be the ones who are open minded and do not limitize themselves with rules and regulations.
To conclude, there are people with both thinking methodologies, their end goal is to teach their children with best possible ways they can to approach the life outcomes. Some believe in adopting a firm approach by imposing the rules onto them, while others believe in letting the individuals be their own decision makers.
