Today economy of a country has a major participant that is industry. Industry often provide most part of country’s employment. Countries highly depend on its industry development because it’s not only help them groom their country but also raise economy by exporting industrial products. To help grow industry we need skilled and experience people who can have the detail and practical knowledge of the industry. These kind of experienced workers are the assets of any industry.
When it comes to experience, it comes with the time. More time we spent more experience we have and more experience we have more productive we become. and experience came with the age we cannot get this without investing our time so industries should have consider these aged but experienced personnel and they can help us accomplish many great products and achievement. On the other hand if we replace these experience and aged worker with young ones having less experience, it may lead to some failure and troubles because these young people may not have that kind of ability and knowledge and did not face the real critical time based problems in their life and they tend to make mistakes because of less experience while with old experience workers they have the strength and ability to sustain the pressure and give more positive results under pressure.
Having old workers in the industry has many benefits and advantages these workers are irreplaceable but there are some drawbacks too because they are old and less energetic and less enthusiastic so we should train young and less experience workers under these experienced workers rather than replacing them.
Industry cannot survive without old and experienced workers, industries should sustain these old workers.
