Exercise means physical exertions that enable individuals to stay fit, burn their calories and keeps their weight within healthy limits. Thus it is an integral part for maintenance of health. Healthy individual are those who are able to perform all their tasks to the best of their abilities. Health is wealth and healthy people are the most blessed people in this world. In order to maintain health exercise is the key. The statement above is quite complex I do agree with the first part that ‘it is important to exercise’ but the second part ‘most people should join the gym’ is debatable. I don’t comply by this. The reason for this is going to gym is not the only way to perform exercise. Brisk walk, stationary running, light exercise and sprinting all can be done without going to gym.
Moreover, the best exercise for any one belonging to any age group is brisk walk. As it allows you to keep almost every part of your body to be in functional state. It also allows us to burn the calories and put a very healthy affect on the heart in the long run. In addition to this it improves lung function and weight reduction. It also wards off stress and anxiety in a productive and harmless way.
On the other hand people going to gym usually work in closed hall which is usually deprive of fresh air and greenery. Individual usually focus on exercise of depending on their liking and disliking thus not making their entire body functional. Excessive weight lifting can have deleterious effect on heart. Those are interested in reducing weight would not get the expected outcome. The reason is again increased appetite and focusing a specified body organ like arms and legs. The third important thing is the evil of anabolic steroids that are promoted in every gym to have an increased body mass nice figure and muscular build. These drugs in long term have very adverse consequences including sterility, liver cancer and bone weakness. Another point that people do advocate regarding gym is that they impart regularity in exercise schedule.
Thus can be differed by the fact that it entirely depends on the person. If someone wants to be disciplined it can be in the ground as well. Moreover, people can also join cricket club, badminton or tennis courts. So going to gym is not essential and cannot be necessary.
