School , college and universities are those places where anyone could be educated. College are not only give them education but also teach them tolerance and prepare them for competitions.i believe college should be free to attend for in state resident because most of the people can not pay tuition fee but they are fond of education there it should be free for in state resident.
there are many advantages of free college for in state resident, this might be increase your literacy level. Many developed countries offer free college for their resident there fore they have high literacy level and now they are more successful in every field of life.
Due to poverty many people are fond of education but they can not afford their tuition expense therefore college should be free to attend for these people.
According to my point of view we are very far from success because of illiteracy. Many people can not afford education expense therefore they are not intend to get education therefore college should be free to attend for in state resident.
