Around the globe, Crime rate increased day by day and the punishments given to the culprits according to their crime. Some people argued that culprits should be punished stable for each type of crime whilst some other argued that one thing keep in mind when deciding on the punishment who have some motivation to commit their crimes. As I see it, we should always keep into mind about the punishment of those Criminals who committed their crimes.
Firstly, some people are not criminals but sometimes the circumstances are so worse and forced them to do such kind of activity. After that they commit their crime easily without any torture. As an example of software engineer, In the Last day’s police caught him against the charge of hacking official website when Police officer record his statement , he easily commit all his crimes and said that due to poverty and did not find a suitable job he shake hand with other criminals. This example clearly illustrates that how someone commit the crime under the worse circumstances and the punishment for those criminals are not same as compared to other criminals.
On the other side, People argued that punishment should be fixed against all the criminals who promote the crime in the society. The person who is found in robbery case and doesn’t commit his crime and the other person who commit his crime in the same case are both similar because they are suspected in each type of crime. Crime is crime wither they commit or not. As an example of 25 years old youngster who stole a car and police caught him red-handed. He did not commit his crime in the court but due to the Proofs against him court announces punishment. People thought everyone is equal and the same punishment given to the criminals.
To sum up, Punishment is the best way to reduce the criminals activities in the society as well as we can motivate the criminals to commit their crimes so that we can help them to solve their problems which led them to do such type of crimes.
