Nowadays cell is very important in our life. Almost everyone has a cell phone. Mobile also has some positive and some negative effects. I corroborate that students should permit to have mobile in elementary and high school because mobile phone has provided the facilities to connect with friends and family. And also mobile phone has provided some facilities for study.
In my point of view, students should allow having a cell phone in elementary and secondary school. Mobile helps students to contact parents, friends, and teacher. If any terrorist attack happened on school mobile phone was used the student to call the police. When students go for any tour mobile phone helps the teacher to manage the students. Students want to leave school than mobile phone is very useful to inform the teacher.
In my second point of view, the mobile phone is very important for students. It is very useful in the study. When students want to know something about their studies students make a call a text to their teacher. Nowadays there are many apps are available for studies. For example. dictionaries and grammar books etc.
