Topic=In some countries owing a home rather than renting one is very important for people.why might this be the cause? Do you think this is positive or negative situation.

Buying home is foremost concern for people living in many countries and most of them never feel satisfied by living in rented houses reason being,they feel safer in their own residence rather than in leased one.This essay agrees that this brings more negativity then positivity and will also discuss its causes.

Numerous people believe that owing a home is biggest achievement in their life and one can never be secure if he is a paying guest in someone’s property as proprietor can give him notice at anytime and then the person has to left his beautifully organized home.Moreover,many people are afraid of shifting husstle,which they surely have to face while finding a new suitable home for their family.For instance,due to current rain storm in Karachi,many landlords have given noticed to their tenants in another cities because they want to migrate and need their homes back,so tenants are bound to leave at any cost as per rules.
As per my point of view,this trend has brought negative impact on the people’s thought as now people are compelled to sacrifice their basic needs in desire of their own home which is not justifiable.Moreover,Due to this increasing trend,they are ignoring other vital needs such as,basic education for their children which can brighten their whole future.For example,One of my relative (belongs to lower middle class) has built his own house with very limited resources,2but deprived his children for basic education because they cannot afford to do both at a time.In contrary to that,one of my friend (son of labourer) became a doctor because his parents prioritize his education over property and now are in much better position than the former one.
In addition to that,buying house in this modern era is not an easy task.However,people are so desperate to fulfill their utmost desire of own house that they never hesitate to take loan from banks on huge interest and in return, waste their golden years of life in continuous struggle of paying back the amount.For instance,almost 10 million people in Pakistan,whose monthly incomes are less than 200 dollars per month have taken loan of almost 6000 dollars,with 30% interest,from banks for their house building and now are now bound for next 10 years.

To encapsulate,I believe that this trend is causing harm to our society as having own home is genuine wish of everyone,but sacrificing everything just for this sake is not right approach.One should not go with a flow and act according to his own needs and priorities
