Dear Omer,

I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with one of your tour guides that was with us all the way, and we have had a chance to discover more about the area that we visited. Allow me to elaborate in more details.

Last month, we had visited the northern areas of Pakistan. After we finished our offices work, we decided to embark on our journey from Lahore. Since it was my first time to be there, I enjoyed a lot along with my colleagues.

While it was my first official journey out of the town, I had enjoyed the mesmerized views of the mountains covered with snow. As most of our colleagues speak different languages, I am delighted to discover that how he treated everyone to make them feel comfortable in their respective languages. Furthermore, he knew the history of each area which ultimately helped me increase my knowledge about their cultures and habitats.

Enclosed in this letter, I have included some cash prize for your tour guide against his excellent services provided to us. Moreover, I would also request the company to offer them some discounts, based on their merits, if they want to visit with their families and friends as it would help them to upkeep their services in line with industry requirements.

    2) (Allow me to elaborate in more details) – is this reduntant?
    3) Upkeep – idea is to maintain their services. What would go there?
