Dear John,
I am pleased to weite you for your emplyment confirmation in our company as Assistant Accounts Officer. You would have to join by 1st of next month.
Its a pharmaceuticals company which manufactures psychiatric and neuro-psychiatric products. It has proper distribution set up all over the country. We are among top sellers of competitive market.
As we have sensitive product line, we encourage hard working and young people. On your joining date, you are required to bring your employment letter, origional computerised identification card, three passport size pictures with white background, and your driving license too.
Whenever an employee joins, s/he is lead by our HR (Human resources department). They would give you brief introduction of our company products, supply chain, and each department. Later on, you would be introduced to our accounts head to whom you would assist.
