Dear Sir / Madam,
I’m writing to you to bring in your attentio for a renovation that would be done at my home/apartment which can cause you or your customers inconvenience.
Actually, I bought this house recently which is next to you. I’m going to shift in coming week. Although its a luxury house and well furnished, my wife is intended to change front outlay and repaint it. Being a good nieghbour, I have taken the estimation from contractor. It would take two to three days to complete.
As its outside work, all materials would be kept outside which would block road. Furthermore, tiles cutter, drilling machine would create noise. Both factors would be irritating factors for your clients.
Although its un-avoidable, this work would start on tuesday and would be ended before friday. Most of people prefer to dine out on weekend mostly. You may use back door to minimize hassle. To avoid noise, loud music is a batter option.

    Since it is unavoidable, you will have to bear with it. However, I will ask the contractor to expedite the work, and I have also asked him to use soundproofing equipment to minimize noise.
