I am writing this letter to report you an accident that my friend had on weekend. However your staff took immediate action to take her to the doctor, I am grateful for that too. Please have proper lightening near hall enterance to avoid accidents.
Yesterday, I and friend of mine visited your theater to watch a play on “Tribute to Quaid-e-Azam”. It was worth watching. Unfortunately, my friend got slipped and had bad fall. She was unable to stand and her foot got swell alot.
One of administrator was just near by and he rushed to help us. He arranged wheel chair for her. And we took her to the nearest clinic to get proper consultation. By the grace of Almighty, nor the wound was deep niether she had fractured. Afterward, he dropped us on office vehicle safely.
I observed that was dull lightening near hall entrance. Moreover, a single door is being used for enterance and exist both. I would suggest you to have proper lightening nearby the entrance and have a separate exit for hall too. As it get messive in peak hours.
