Battle ground

In the ancient times battles between two nations or groups were restricted to a particular area of the land known as the battle field. The armed forces from both sides equipped with armors, swords, cannons and breast plates used to fight with full velour and zeal with the idea of knocking their enemy of the ground or wiping them out of this world forever. This was useful in a sense that innocent lives were never lost by the use artillery and other weapons. But the trends have changed quite dramatically now. The amount of success is judged by the number of lives that have been lost by the use carpet bombing. In the coming years it is presumed that nations would be more focusing on biological weapons rather than keeping a huge army and developing weapons of mass destruction.
