Presently, there are so many well known female leaders in the world, however Jacinda Ardern attracts me the most, not only for the reason that is the youngest female elected Prime minister in the world, but also for her multiple leadership qualities such as, empathy, authenticity, tolerance and kindness. Recently, the way she tackled pandemic was spectacular and had proven the enormous capabilities and importance of women, which will help us in achieving the milestone toward gender equality
