We all know that ice-cream is the favorite thing of many children. MY favorite ice-cream is Magnum chocolate almonds. The ice-cream was called magnum. The ice-cream called magnum was developed in Belgium by Ola laboratory center in cooperation with Belgian chocolate producer Callebaut.
Actually, it was released in Germany in 1989 and originally manufactured by Frisko in Denmark. By the term Magnum chocolate almonds, we get an idea that it is consist of almonds. Apart from almonds it is covered with layers of Magnum white chocolate, classic chocolate and crunchy almond pieces. It is made from best quality cocoa beans. Cocoa beans are carefully selected and processed by Rain forest Alliance Certified farmers. I want to share the process by which it is manufactured. Cocoa beans are selected and processed. Then, the beans are roasted, crushed and grounded into a rich cocoa paste. After that it is turned into liquid chocolate. To give it a good quality, essential ingredient like cocoa butter is stirred, so that mixture become thick and tasty. The mixture is then wrapped over delicate vanilla ice-cream until it becomes solid. Well, the magnum chocolate almond is ready to be cracked.
