Stress is a condition ,a phase which every person is facing in modern life. we are over loaded with work stuff that we don’t have time for our self and for our families which lead us towards the stress.It not only effect us mentally but also disturb our health. So to escape from stress people love to do different activities. Some feel themselves relaxed during reading books while some people indulge themselves in physical activities like exercise and book reading. All activities are good for removing stress.
