Pneumonic plague is one of the major forms of plague which is an intense type of lung infection. The other types of plagues are bubonic and septicemic, depends on which part of a body is affected. Pneumonic plague is an advanced infection of bubonic initial form that spreads from one human to another through cough and sneezing droplets.However, symptoms include high fever, nausea, headache, chest pain and weakness. A person who has plague should take medicine immediately after signs and symptoms occur. If he doesn’t take initial treatment then the infection can be fatal and get worse which may cause respiratory failure and death.
