Recognition from bosses

There are two ways of discussing this topic one is the theoretical way and other is practical one. I will put light on both of them. Bookish way says that just do your job, when in the meeting give your independent opinion. This can do good but still not the best way round. There are other safe ways of handling the situation. One of the best way is never say no to your bosses just say yes! Always obey them and never argue. Never raise questions, don’t give contrasting opinions and don’t show that you know anything. This is the best way of recognition from the boss. Although there are few exceptions but we cannot be lucky enough to meet such bosses in the real sense of the word.
