According to my prospective state Colleges should be free for higher education.Because in our society there are lots of person who wants to get higher education in state colleges but due to lack of financial circumstances they are not able to attend these colleges. And for this they pick up the courses which are comparatively low in financially just to become the part of these state colleges which are opposite to their desire course.
