As per my contention or suggestion it should be compulsory for going abroad because it will be help full to the those person who wants to go abroad for the sake of earn money or the student who goes for academic purpose due to this course it would be help full to understand the language of foreign country and in this way they can also explain their thoughts or feelings to the other person by using language.
