Although health is considered as an important factor for someone to perform well in their academics.However I would say, the amount of efforts which they put at gym should not be influenced at all to their studies.Some people go to gym only for the sake of feeling fit and few hits the gym to gain body mass. Thus the progress in gym could not establish that how good or bad someone in his academics. But few minutes or hours of exercise to shape the body or to gain body mass does not the affect the efficiency in their studies.If they put more efforts at studies their grades point will be improved, but if they waste their time in some other activities regardless if it is gym or something else they will lose grades.
