Naturally, uniform is considered as identity of an institute. If we talk about the advantage of uniform, we see that it is more beneficial for poor people. Those who hardly pay their school fee, cann’t afford the expenditure of clothes. They donot go into inferiority complex. Moreover, uniform creates an environment where discipline is emphasized. It creates uniformity among socioeconomic classes. If we look at disadvatages, one is that if anyone commit an offence wearing uniform, it may affect reputation of institute.It may limit the concept of diversity to students.
