Trial

It is legal proceeding in the court room in front of the judge or a jury when two parties have dispute both of them provide necessary evidence essential to plead their case and at the end the judge or the jury decides the matter. There are various types of trial. The jury trial is a trial conducted in front of the member of the community. The trail conducted solely in front of the judge is a bench trial. Other types of trial are the criminal trial and rarely labor trials. The term mistrial is used when the court believes that the case is outside their due jurisdiction or trial cannot be conducted due to lack of evidences or there is misconduct by the party.
