When a school receives a gift of money, the educational institute should look for spending money to assist students within school who belong to poor families and are facing trouble meeting their educational expenses. After supporting the internal eligible candidates, the institute’s administration should go around and search for children who are of school-going age but are not admitted to schools as their families do not have sufficient funds to serve for the purpose. Hence the remaining gift money could be spend to assist new students to pay their admission expenses.
