Our ecosystem relies on a triangular relationship between plants, animals and human beings. Innocent speechless animals are tested and tortured to their limits to serve humankind. Animals testing is done by keeping these animals in a certain type of environment complete opposite of their natural habitat.They are forced to adopt a lifestyle which is against their way, they are tortured to an extent that they do not last long. Both humanity and religion forbids us to objectify any living being.

In someway,it would not be wrong to say that there is a growing awareness in cosmetic industry to produce cruelty free products, similar approach should be done in pharmaceuticals

Evidently the value of life and specifically value of others life is decreasing in general,let alone animals. People are adopting a narcissist, brutal and indifferent approach. Every part of our ecosystem has to be balanced in order for it to work. Right now the imbalance is making this world dangly and it will not be long before we all fall.

Money is as important as blood in our body. It is great invention of a men, as it is essential to live in this world. All of our daily needs depend on money, as in primitive society there were limited needs and sources .Money is wonderful invention as in course of time it improve the human life and eliminate the Barter system. Barter system was inconvenient for human as it was exchange of commodity to commodity.
No one can live without money. We need to buy food and many basic necessities of life which are impossible to be bought without money. A rich man is seen in the society with respect and people around carry an honorable position for that man whereas a poor person is seen by people with the eyes of hatred and they do not poses a good impression. It became prevailed with the passage of time and human can now easily buy anything without hard process of barter system.
But as we are living in the modern era everyone want to become more rich and powerful. Due to the dearth of money many people use inhuman way to get it. Because it comes into a picture of facilitate human to have a luxurious life. I understand and believe that money is the most important key of happiness gifted by the God. It depend on human to take anything in different ways. Some people take it only to fulfill their physical needs and they never take it heartily however some people understand everything to the money and they can do anything for getting the money.

Crime is serious issue in many countries now a days.As many people committing crimes specially youth.No one is by birth criminal they might me several reason behind that.
The first reason is connected with parents as this is there indispensable role to guide there child and nurture them well. As many parents don’t have time to fulfill their child desires so it ultimately cause overwhelming of majority of children. Because of negligence of their parents it committed them for a serious crime. The second is that if we look around globalization rich become richer and poor become poorer. This might me due to government or might be due to unemployment both are correlated with each other. All often too, many countries have unemployment issues which cause heinous effects on people.
In order to overcome crime rate parents should pay attention to their children and their daily routine. So that they can examine them properly and if they are involved in any crime then they can cease it. And Government should eradicates it by improving self-employment, security system, defies all type for worries. Moreover government should declare punishments so that people will afraid of it and it cause preventive and deterrent effects on individuals.
In conclusion, crime is disease which caused by poverty and negligence. So if all combats the problems then it could be cured.

Riyadh, where I dwell, stands at the second most lucrative place for malls — Dubai stands at first. The best mall, in my opinion, is the Kingdom Center as it resides in the tallest building of Saudi Arabia which is owned by the former eminent crown-prince Waleed bin Talal.

Firstly, Kingdom Center is known for its intricate design with a tremendous upside-down arc cut through it. Its top floor is an overwhelmingly amazing viewing site; perhaps, the building towers to a peculiar 400 feet. The central body of the building is slightly cylindrical and is occupied by a myriad of international brand offices, 7-star luxury accommodations and elegant conference halls.

In addition, the part of the mall accessible to locals comprises of food cafes, brands, and a large variety of electronic shops. The mall nicety is its “Four Seasons Hotel” also known as “The Spazio” which overflows with the most exotic herbs, spices and dishes from all over the world

Pakistan is my favorite country.It is my homeland.No doubt it is famous for numerous reasons but it also defame its reputation due to depravity.Pakistan is agricultural country and its different parts are surround by attractive scenery which fascinate tourists.It is a country of valleys and i am lover of nature. I love my beloved country and no matter what happened it will be always my favorite.

I like mostly 3 in number.It is my lucky number which i think, but many people disagree with this concept.Some people call this superstitious while some believe in that.Despite of that ,I like it because my number in siblings is 3 and my date of birth is also 3.So i have some sort of affection.Its not like that i am superstitious person as it directly connected my life

Lahore is my favorite City because i live here since my birth.It is famous for its food and culture.There are many distinct people having different culture lives in Lahore.It consist of many historical places which are not only admire for there structure and also elicit ancient history.

Sex education in schools. i think in schools children are learning and it’s the basic stage where they have to built up their future. they learn about the life before this have nothing. sex education in schools means learning about the sex in that age with small minded nothing to think . basically this is very different. it mostly depends on the culture, where are we living our culture is able to accept this. after this the people of that area how they think and how they take it.
and here about introducing negative ideas. i mentioned you that we are living in that country where the mostly people are thinking this is totally wrong. and i clear you that they are a bit of right because we are taking things negative. but it better to know about the sex education.
in early age in school children are immature they don’t know the exact we we are thinking because of mind level and age level. i also think that if our culture or our society is not agreed on this then we are not able to put it on. and about stopping this it’s also depend on the people of our own society. in foreign countries in schools they regularly teach about sex education and we know how they are going. it means it has both positive and negative effect on the children. it depends on them how they take it.
if we are taking about immaturity then we can also apply this on the higher education but it is not done yet. we our self think about this and also think the world is going and should change our mind and be positive about everything that’s truth.

All the technological advancements that humans have made, it is ultimately for their benefit and can be brought down to that one purpose. When the question of using animals for trials for pharmaceutical companies is concerned, it is comes down to the necessity of the drug involved. If the drug in question contains the possibility of saving human lives, it is a valid reason for trial. When animals are being eaten for food all around the world, then why can’t the serve a similar, if not a greater, purpose?
The irony of the matter does not go amiss; it is human pain versus animal pain. It is one thing to slaughter an animal for food, another to make it go through excruciating pain. This is why the initial argument cannot be stressed upon enough. Animals should only be made to go through these processes where it’s absolutely necessary. Pharmaceutical companies often come under the fire because the multi billionaire cosmetic industry also uses animals for trials. The matter is of using animals responsibly and keeping it to the minimum. In recent years animal rights activists have brought about quite a change and forced local and international bodies to formulate regulations, and their strict implementation.
This does not eliminate the problem entirely as well. On the other hand, however, people who support animal rights cannot provide an alternative to the problem. If high potency drugs cannot be tried and tested on animals, then how do they expect the field of medicine, or biological sciences for that matter, to grow? Which brings the debate full circle, how can society be expected to progress if it is hindered by petty issues like these?

Animals are also the part of ecosystem that help to stable the environment by process of decomposition,perspiration etc.In the recent past,they are also used for research purpose that lead to different mutations in the genetic makeup of animals and cause their deaths.
Animals also have emotions like humans, they feel the pain,the can smell etc.Different testing labs use animal as a model and perform experiments without noticing the effect of experiment on animal life.whether the animal survive or leave the world.The testing lab conduct experiment without reluctantly and threatning the animal life style.These practices are against the law .
So,the labs should adopt alternate path for experimental trials e.g on cell lines to save the lab animals.

Efficiency, it could be said, is based on a person’s consistency in performance, the technical skill they bring to the table and the wisdom they exercise in the decision making process. It largely depends on the field of work to access if old people or young people perform tasks efficiently.
According to the problem statement, after an age people cannot perform to the required level, hence the decrease in efficiency. This could be termed as one of the reasons for retirement at 60 years. However, the work experience that a person who has served for thirty, forty years proves beneficial for most companies. Professors are often called back to universities as visiting faculty because the knowledge they have acquired over decades should not go to waste. Similarly, the CEOs of multi millionaire companies are often old people as they understand market trends and the philosophies on which their respective companies have been built. The people who have been through the grunt and comprehend the system inside and out, any system for that matter, are they entirely replaceable?
As the title conveys, young people would have no guidance if they replace the experienced workers. Only through training from their seniors can the young lot prove to be beneficial for the companies they work for, especially considering that they might be able to avoid the trial and error method altogether.
As far as the question of a decrease in overall efficiency of old people is concerned, it is a fact, but to remove them from the systems entirely would be counterproductive. Case in point is the field of medicine. The anatomy of the human body is universal and the way a doctor who’s been practicing for more than two decades can understand it, a younger doctor cannot. Eliminating the older staff involves risking human lives, a bet that cannot be placed.

Every day around the globe animals fight for their survivor. They are chained, killed, poisoned
and beaten by humans. To overcome this issue many organization are working globally for animals rights, specially the PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animal) is playing a tremendous role in it. Being organization they put lot of effort to stop the use of animals in the name of science.

Non-human species are also living creatures, they also feel pain and have emotions. Unfortunately, most of the time human treat, them very badly. Animals are chained, beaten and drugged for live shows like circus. Moreover many leading cosmetic firms perform their product testing on birds like rabbit.The reason behind it their soft skin. Story not end there, most of the leading pharma use animals for new medicine lab test. Overall human kill or hurt them in different ways.

According to PETA more than 100 million animals die in US annually because of pharmaceutical lab
test. Its a huge count and if we look toward the result. Its is already proven that testing on animals is not useful. The alternate way (non animals) test are more precise, cheaper and more humane.In Europe and India cosmetic product testing already banned on animals. Like that, we need to implement same policy on all medicine industry to save animals.

To summarize my point, its everyone responsibility to protect animals emotionally and save them
from pain. We need to boycott the use of those criminal product that use animals for test.By doing that I am sure we can save billion innocent lives.

A famous saying is “Health is a wealth”. We all know a healthy body keeps a healthy mind. Human health deceased with the passage of time and eventually they grow old. Most of the people work very hard when they are young. Due to this hard work, they grow weak. By the age of sixty year their works efficiency hit the lower level.
To meet the both end, these old folks work really hard thought their carrier. Most of the time they worked more than 8 hours a day. Some time they worked in harsh environment, they travelled a lot because of job and they sacrifice there today for better tomorrow of their family. So, I strongly agree with cut of age for every working person. German interduce the law of retirement in early nineteen century. They enforced people to retire after the age of sixty. After retirement, they will enjoy Government pension and other benefits.
Young people will join these vacant positions. As they learnt latest knowledge and techniques so the will improve work quality. They have long professional carrier ahead so they will work with full energy. They will shar the burden of old co-workers also. Old people will transfer their knowledge and experience to young workers.
We are living in the era of dynamic technology and these young brains will learn them quickly. Due to this of this healthy change in organization, overall work standard excel. Else old people most of the time are reluctant to these enhancements. Every public or private organization should retire old workers and higher young people as a policy.

People of the world using transportation for many purposes. Transport is the beauty of every countries. It’s also considered as a basic need of population. If one side transport plays an important role in our lives, it’s also affect on our daily routines, like road accident, global warming, air pollution and traffic jam.
Entire world many countries facing traffic jam problem. One of the most important cause is increased car ownership. In Pakistan people face traffic jam problem. Because the no of cars increased on road and government totally failed to solve this issue. I think car financing is main factor to increase the car ownership. Because in Pakistan prices of car is high and people cannot easily buy the car, but banks offer car financing, So people purchase cars on installments that why the number of cars increase on daily basis. Government of Pakistan cannot think about it. Our public transport system is badly damage and government cannot pay attention on it, so that people use their own cars.
If government of Pakistan serious on this issue, first improve public transport structure. Build new roads. Because in our country people cannot easily access public transport so that’s why they prefer personal convinces. Government starts public transport in whole city and provide subsidy on carriage. Few years ago Government of Pakistan had been starting Matron Bus services, but I think its cannot helpful to reduced traffic jam problem because its cannot cover all city it’s just cove a specific area. If governments start these types of project and cove all main areas of city it’s helpful to reduced traffic jam. Make policies regarding car financing.
At the end people also think about this problem and they use public transport and avoid using personal cars. If government work on it but people cannot support on this issue it cannot be solve. People avoided the car financing facility and support government to reduced traffic jam.

There comes a time when one should take a break in a life as a human beings we have some age limitations, the reflexives are not too much keen.Aged people are not physically and mentally strong enough to manipulate the situation, their energy level was not same as the young blood have.They have their own conventional way of working, they can’t figure out modern skills and technology revolution.They acclimated to work from 9 to 5.They haven’t tendency to do hard as well as smart work and are not well equipped with latest knowledge and technology.
On the other hand young blood have capacity to for long hours, their physical and mental approach is enough to tackle the situation and have more energy level. They are familiar with latest techniques and technology in the form of internet,social applications etc and are able to meet the challenges, they understand things in unorthodox way and enumerate some creativity in to their work.They have positive and aggressive approach towards a problem.
If i take example of my field that is, in electrical engineering our seniors used to work in conventional way and usually solve the problems and make circuits in manual mode, this approach normally affects the productivity. In contrast to it young and fresh people troubleshoot the same fault through smart techniques and make digital circuits by using different software like Proteus, Multisim etc. they are familiar with PLC and automation.
Young and fresh people have have a lot of courage and will, they want to take risks and they haven’t fear of defeat. and this is the reason we should encourage to replace young and new people with old and tested.
